Jason's journey in hospitality began at age 18 with the Walt Disney Company, where his passion for creating exceptional guest experiences first took root. As General Manager at Amara, he brings a dynamic blend of servant and transformational leadership, shaped by years of experience across all aspects of restaurant operations.

Known for his hands-on approach and belief in leading by example, Jason cultivates an environment where both team members and guests thrive. His philosophy of open communication, continuous development, and celebrating success has helped establish Amara as a destination for memorable Mediterranean dining experiences.

Beyond his role in daily operations, Jason finds joy in being part of guests' milestone moments - from first dates to celebrations - making each visit special. When not creating magical moments at Amara, he explores different cuisines, spends time with his Australian Shepherd Zoey, and enjoys sports. His connection to Cabo San Lucas, where his fiancée resides, adds to his appreciation for warm hospitality and diverse culinary traditions.
